Orders outside of the UK are not eligible for exchanges, only returns.
We have an unlimited exchanges/returns policy, so there is no deadline to when your items need to be returned to us. All items returned must be in original condition, un-washed & un-worn with the tags attached.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
During our closing down sale any orders that included free shipping that are returned for a refund will have the £5.95 shipping cost deducted from the refund amount.
